Most baseline WBX-equipped T3's in Europe came with a Pierburg carburetor. I've had a couple of Dokas with them before having to convert for US emissions compliance.

The Syncro with carbs that Bob mentioned is probably the one converted FROM fuel injection using a manifold he got from me. Came off a friend's Doka which coincidentally is now owned by yours truly. Sans carbs, of course.
