Malcolm's was a European-market Dehler conversion, if I recall correctly, and I think he took it with him when he moved to Morocco.  Karl Mullendore had one like it for sale when I bought my Westy and I still kick myself for not checking that one out when I was shopping.

A vanagon.com and Syncro.org list/s member named Malcolm Stebbins, had one of these for sale about 4-5 years ago. It "lived" in Nova Scotia, IIRC, or at least somewhere in Canada. No idea if he ever sold it or what happened to it, but DO recall that it was a very sweet van.

Likely a vanagon.com, or at least a Syncro.org thread search would reveal more information.
