I recommend checking out the POI Factory website: http://www.poi-factory.com/

Includes, for a paltry annual fee, or free to regular site contributors, regularly updated speed & red light camera data.

Among my favorite files are local eateries, truck stops, Beer Me USA, (important!) camping, rest areas, dump stations, offbeat places to visit, yada yada.

The only red light cameras I've encountered over the years are right here in Atlanta, and we have _never_ been alerted to the presence of speed cameras. For radar & laser detection, I rely on Valentine One. http://www.valentineone.com/
