Thanks for the smog info and crazy california gun laws!!! It was kinda weird that before nebraska had a ccw permit Omaha had quite a few hold ups!! And In council bluffs just on the other side of the river it was almost unheard of!! Guess they were afraid we'd shoot back!!!

Smog laws do not apply to vehicles of people visiting, which translates to unless you establish a residence presence in the state you are a visitor.
