Hey everybody, thanks for giving me lots of pros and cons about the swap. I'm going to try two more things to get the ez-out out. First, I'm going to see what diamond bits in a dremel too do. Then I'm going to try to find a more old-skool welder.

I hate to split this case. It doesn't leak! Anywhere! It's been parked in the same place, driven and not, for over a year and there's not a drop of oil.
