I pulled it apart and we'll see. The contacts looked OK, though the switch was a little angled. But the blue/black wire on the top rear of the switch was hooked over and jammed to the end of the cam the shift stick rides on and the insulation was ripped off and resting against the metal. I'm off to drive it now and see what it feels like.

Fingers crossed...

If you want it out of the way completely, you'll have to remove the handle/knob from the lever to get the cover over the shaft. I just left it. It moves out of the way enough to work around it. >> >> Thanks, ~Annie email: lsandrsn@gmail.com >> >> On Tue, Oct 25, 2011 at 1:52 PM, Daniel Rotblatt <d.rotblatt@verizon.net> wrote: >> Annie, >> >> That sounds like something easy to try....where the heck is neutral safety switch located?
