Suggestions? Thanks. Hi Ric, If the resistor is bad you'll still have at least high speed. If the motor is bad it's extremely likely to be drawing current, so if you do not have a heavy current drain (I'd expect more than fifteen amps, and only do it for a few seconds) on high speed then I'd make certain your ground and supply (and switch) are good before tearing into the dash.
