dear all those who can read

it almost looks like a mis fired email ... no subject ... no body ... just a signature line that has been one of my standard signature lines on nearly all correspondence since 1984 when i first coined that particular phrase

actually this is what it is all about

last night i was driving down the road when i saw a broken vw air-cooled van at the side of the road ... half axle hanging on the starboard side stopped to see if operator required a drive anywhere or how he was set for parts etc... in the course of conversation it was discovered that he did not know about or belong to vanagon gerry so i pulled out my phone and created an email to him and vanagon gerry so he would have the email addy as a place to start to get his self joined in and yes there is likely some other path that is more clear but at the side of the road with my critter screaming to go home already .. that seemed like the easiest way to connect everyone for a proper joining pattern when things were calmer and his ride was home in the yard

so nice to see some of those who read found the signature line sentiment to be integral to their own edification

regards
