dear screen challenged we have the MadgeLAN road mate and love it ... large enough to see at a glance with out glasses the interface took a little getting used to cause as You say it is a little "backward" but once you get used to it and have made a few trips ur addresses are stored and it runs very well just a note ..... I especially liked it in Portland ... spent a week there while working through a break down ... had a second vehicle with us and used the gps in the second vehicle loved it on those multi lane freeways with the a - b - c - d exits to unfamiliar streets that would get you to where you need to be ... m iss one and it takes. many. miles to get back regards
