I agree, I can't think of any reason to have both. I know that I have something someplace (just can't remember what it is) that uses the Mini spade fuses but I doubt that I'd ever need that instrument for whatever it is :) I'll be exchanging it tomorrow BTW, I looked up the 'official' names of the types of fuses. The ones we use in the later Vanagons (and a whole bunch of other vehicles and 'stuff') are caller ATC/ATO and little ones just called 'Mini'. Now a new question, what's the difference between an ATC fuse vs. an ATO fuse?
