Having had 3 different-than-stock exhausts on my van, due to having 3 different engines in it, I'd take a stock1.9 or 2.1 to a fabricator and have them build one that would fit, but using the newer parts/technology, to include ceramic coating. And build it with mild steel, which most of those kinds of shops do anyway. You will accomplish all three of your goals. Have the shop use black coating, it is about 70% better at trapping exhaust-gas heat inside the pipe than any other of the commonly used colors.
