The following describes the problem I had with my '87 Westy. I sure had a hard time describing it to local mechanics and others. Hesitation, intermittent power, bucking... and hits on the net depends on the choice of words. I tried hacking a capacitor in myself, which helped, but didn't fix it. I didn't have precisely the right capacitor. I ended up finding the recommended harness. Completely fixed it. http://www.members.shaw.ca/bilbo/WBafm.html
