  Location is pretty germane to most offerings.  It's appreciated and
should probably be included, if you are wanting to offer something that
involves  physically going to a location, or having something shipped in
order to complete a deal.........  I'm with Scott on that.

 Why bother everyone asking them to respond to an email for "more info" if
the van offered is clear across the continent?  Rather than getting emails
from everyone who might be interested, should the van be within what they
deem a 'reasonable distance'  how about just saying up front where it is...
Then only those within reach need respond...everyone else can just
go...."Nice, I'd be interested if that were closer...." and hit the Delete
key...

  I know, YELLING is not really called for...but neither is I hope you have
