Hello List,

I'm the proud new owner of a 89 Westy, Zola. She's a beaut - very solid body and runs like a champ. I've had her about a week and am already very much looking forward to spring. I am, however, confused by the auxiliary power. It doesn't seem to work. There's a battery under the driver's seat and the wires look clean and the connections solid. Yet the lights don't turn on after I shut the engine down. I've plugged her into 120V via an extension cord and while the outlet in the cabinet under the sink is live, still the lights don't turn on. The lights do turn on when the engine is running. Also, the refrigerator doesn't seem to work - plugged in or otherwise (I haven't tried propane yet). I haven't put a voltmeter on the aux battery or checked the fuses yet because it's cold out there. :) Anyway, I'm wondering if this is a typical problem with a well-known solution. Any help/advice would be appreciated.
