We have in Northern Indiana what call the "PermaCloud". Cloudy most every day from after Thanksgiving to March. It is caused by our proximity to Lake Michigan and also contains occasional snow "fingers" that reach out from the lake and dump as much as 25 inches (last year) snow in one day. This can vary by only 5-10 miles. Makes me a little glad the Vanagon is tucked into the barn when that happens.

The wait for Spring is on.
