Hmmm, aside from the years when I drove across country in Van # 1 and Van # 2, I seem to have averaged around 3000 miles per year for the last few years. The last 18 months were a whole different ballgame, however, as I was furloughed many days per year and spent those delicious free days on the road in my Westy. Which is why I may rack up as many as 5000 miles this year. Sadly, furloughs have ended as of this month and my time behind the wheel will suffer as a consequence.
