Subject: rear disc brakes project
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1

It's finally Ursula's turn to get the rear disc brakes mounted this Friday, I took some pictures of how the parts are mounted, and two of how my cousin mounted the emergency brake cables on his van. I might do something a little different for that. Here's a list of the ingredients: 2- Eurovan rear rotors, brand new, of course. 2- Mk4 rear calipers, used with new seals, including e-brake cables and brake lihes. 2- new braided brake hoses from GW (I already have the front ones installed with big brake kit) 2- >'98 Passat rear caliiper carriers (Jetta/Golf won't fit) 2- home made aluminum caliper mount adapters.

Can't wait to try the four wheel disc brakes in my van, I love stopping power and the safety that comes with it.
