Its not going to be much help but there's a Dove Blue Westy with a white top and striped curtains up here in Fairfax (CA) that has a Maxima conversion. I use to see the van at the gas station across from Whole Foods all the time. Haven't seen it there in a few months and I have no idea who owns it or if the owner is on this list.

Did these Maxima conversions take place when the SMOG rules were a bit more... how you say... easier to overcome?
