I agree.
my ez up died on a calm day over my kids Kiddie Pool.
We all went in for lunch. Quick gust = no more ez up.
You guys have seen my side awning right??
I have a few that I have personally tested in 40 to 50 mph wind
storms and they have held up like a champ!

The Frame awning is built like a tank!
The other is based on Tension and have had it in some insane wind. 1
night it was so windy I got out of the upper bunk at yellow stone and
looked out side to see a field of tent campers with their tent laying
down on them all around me.
The only thing is my trash bag blew away. No idea where it went.
Not pushing them or shameless plug.
But I will plug my vw stuff section showing all the vw sickness that
I dream up and make.
