The wall side of the table is held with a magnet to the wall. It's a round, flat, about 3/4 inch size 'rare earth magnet'. One part is srewed to the edge of the table, the other side, with the magnet inside, is to the wall. Frank Condelli is selling them. He is on this list.

The anchor I mentioned, is the unit that secures the bottom of the leg to the floor, not to wiggle. If that's there, you are fine. Having the magnet, you don't need to tighten anything really, and the table is always ready to flip out.
