As many others have done, if the rattle has something to do with the
table-leg and how it's anchored at the bottom, I got the Go Westy
plastic addiction to the bottom, anchor point. Then, because I wanted
to be able to extend the table upwards easily, I remove that plastic
thing and put a piece of PVC pipe the slides into the OE foot and
that is about 24" long. It allows the table to be stable while extended
and you can actually drive with it in that configuration. No rattling.
I actually stow stuff on the cabinets and hold them in place with
the table snugged down on top.

If however, the rattling is being caused by worn/stripped threads
on the hardware that holds the brackets to the table, different
matter. There is also a bracket inside the cabinet that the table
leg tightener, with the grey/brown plastic knob and that may
need tightening. The footer, where the table leg anchors itself
to at the bottom that is also held in place by screws.

Have someone sit back there to diagnose it while someone
else drives.
