FWIW...The Lake Mead National Rec. Area, which includes Mead and Mojave down to almost Laughlin...that is supposed to be the most intense law enforcement area to work, according to some of my Ranger buddies.

Bumped that Send before I finished...

it happened to be St Paddies Day and I happened to be with an Irishman...a normal one, who was having a wee dram.....He became very irritated at this guy...who's answer to "why do you choose right here, this exact spot, from all the empty area around, to park your Mo Ho and send noise and exhaust right in our faces?" His answer was " F-you, you Hippy as=holes....That is why I don't go to regular campgrounds with 'generator rules'....so I can run my generator any god dam+ time I feel like it.... " Clueless! Steve Shay, the Irishman with the load of Bushmills aboard....he got out his shovel and began beating on the motorhome till that fellow moved off......

In that Lake Meade area, you may encounter more people who're "Urban" in their lifestyle...a little more agressive than your normal campers...at least that's the take of the Rangers I know... Don Hanson
