Hello Todd, Mine sounds that way after too long of a sit (2-3- weeks), or a short starts between long outings. It goes away in about 10-15 minutes of driving. I only get "smoke" like that when it is cold outside (30-40 degrees). A little sip of Marvel Mystery oil helps Daisy sometimes. I am sure I have an issue that needs to be addressed soon, I don't think it is supposed to happen as often as it does with Daisy.
