I'd say 'sure, split the difference.'

that would put you at 43 front, 46 rear,
which other than being higher overall than I would start with,
peculiarly on snow/ice ..
I like that front-to-rear tire pressure ratio.

I assume the max allowed pressure cold on the 195/70 14's in the rear is 55
or so.
