At the risk of being chastised by the entire list, I have to say that if everyone pitched in say $10 I think it would soften the blow of the work load to the current moderator(s). Beyond that amount, well, I think a significant amount members would probably leave. It's be worth it to me but I don't know about the rest of the list.
