I'm sorry but was Terry implying in some way that Larry doesn't have any right to share his knowledge of the situation, share his opinion, or express even the slightest bit of distaste that some original (copywrited) art work was taken from his web site and used without his permission? I think I would have stated things much moire harshly than Larry did - but as always he has handled himself with class. The cover art shown on the Amazon page (and I assume the book itself) is clearly taken from Larry's site and anyone involved in the Vanagon community who has been around from any amount of time would clearly recognize that image as belonging to Larry. Therefore leading people to the logical conclusion that Larry was somehow involved in the project and the subject of the story - ficticious or not. What a crappy thing to do. -- Thanks, Jeff '85 GL (Gertie) '90 Carat (Grover - the noble parts donor) '78 Bus (Melissa) Patty's Bus |
