I don't know what the weight or size limits are ..
but in Oregon ..
a trailer under a certain size..
say a little 4 X 5 one ..
no license plate required at all.
and there are no toll roads that I can think of in Oregon ..
and ..
what a tragic waste of fuel , time, and pollution causing ..
making vehicles stop to pay a toll..
and the people that work in the toll booths..
breathing all that exhaust ..
now that is DUMB and very Dysfunctional !
you could show on paper ..the raw and multiple levels of cost of all that
lung disease after 25 years of that job..it's criminal even. It really is.
That governments hire people to stand in car exhaust and take money or
whatever.
hopefully vanagons have the electronic device to log their toll entries.

This was taken back when I still lived in AL where trailers under a certain
weight do not require a tag.
And yes, I do pay extra toll from time to time, but quite infrequently.
