Good point Scott! I had never thought of it that way. Normally I avoid toll-roads if at all possible. Here in Ontario we only have 1, it is not even locally owned (money goes out of country) so I absolutely refuse to use it.

I should move to Oregon. It's warmer there anyway and my van won't rust.
