looks like a non-power steering 84 to me too. but hey .. they're no really vanagon people.. they're electric car and van people.

I have a 9 passenger red and white 84 like this one .. non-walk through too ..the only one I've ever seen. US model too. ( FS btw )

I've never seen an red and white 85, or later. That's an 84 paint scheme as far as I know.
