It just drops the rear edge of the clamshell, where it hinges on the frame cross member, then just uses the bolt up front. I had to trim that rear edge of the clamshell so it would swing on the modified hinge. I just used 4 galvanized gate hinges and cut them up, leaving the end loops that slide onto the gate post mounted shaft. The pics will make more sense. That tire diameter was 28" IIRC.
