Have you studied the Bentley diagram for the power windows? Not
trivial. As I recall a fault in one switch can make the window in the
other door inoperative. Switches can be replaced with ones from a
Jetta. You have to solder the wires on. Don't let them project too
far into the door: the window will hit them. :-(
