Joy, the Zerex I have encountered people using is not the Dex-Cool formulation , but rather one called G0-5: http://www.valvoline.com/products/brands/zerex/antifreeze/42

I have read, but have no knowledge beyond rumor, that it is sold by Daimler under its Mercedes brand for Mercedes vehicles.

For what it's worth, a radiator shop owner recommended to me not using Dex-Cool formulations, regardless of brand, because of gelling problems. I have no idea if he was correct.

I have no connection with Zerex or Valvoline. Yes, Zerex is a Valvoline brand.
