Check out the big chain auto parts stores (Auto Zone, Pep Boys, Advance), that's where I get mine. Auto Zone sell small plastic cases/organizers with nuts, bolts and washers; Pep Boys sells them individually, they have a large selection. And down here we have specialized stores that sell all kind of fasteners, you may want to check your yellow pages.
