I concur with David M. about the bummer of sometime having to bit the bullet for places that have a minimum charge. (Pirates!!)

Also concure that the prep for coffee in the morning is great! For longer trips I prefer to do most food cooking outside if possible. Really depends on the type of trip. DC power to the fridge extends the amount of propane if using the fridge on propane.... I guess I'm one of the few that doesn't mind switching between the two while traveling.
