Exactly. It is a bit weird. Got to www.shadyboy.com and contact them. You will get a reply with a phone number, instead of a fax, which was evidently another distributor and a slightly better price to boot. For the silver and extra poles, it will cost around $360 plus about $35 for shipping. That's close to $110 less than the "fax" guy.

So, lots of praise for this awning here the past couple of days. I almost bought one last year, but as I recall ordering off the website was kind of sketch. I seem to remember either talking to or emailing a guy who said "give me your credit card number and I'll send you info on how to order". Just didn't seem quite legit.
