Exactly.  It is a bit weird.  Got to www.shadyboy.com and contact them.  You
will get a reply with a phone number, instead of a fax, which was evidently
another distributor and a slightly better price to boot. For the silver and
extra poles, it will cost around $360 plus about $35 for shipping. That's
close to $110 less than the "fax" guy.

So, lots of praise for this awning here the past couple of days. I almost
bought one last year, but as I recall ordering off the website was kind of
sketch. I seem to remember either talking to or emailing a guy who said
"give me your credit card number and I'll send you info on how to order".
Just didn't seem quite legit. So, my question is where have folks bought
