Looks like a good deal. If it wasn't in BFE I would consider driving over and towing it back to Sacramento. Unfortunately, I just don't feel like towing a Vanagon on the loneliest highway in the US in the middle of winter. Must be getting old...

Here's a 1987 syncro vanagon (non westy) for $1200 or less. Its been in one of the local free want ads. Van needs clutch according to ad. Not mine at all. Picture looks pretty good. Thought maybe one of our syncro hunters might be interested.
