a good shop will write... adjusted this, inspected this, tightened this, re-set this, lubricated that, replaced X Y and Z .., in other words.. detail description of what they actually did. And it should-could be clear enough that no one has to explain it.

A good repair shop would read thru the bill with you, explain what each item was, and give you a chance to ask questions.... but maybe you were in a hurry?
