You have a problem in the load reduction circuit. Your rear defrost won't be working either. Relay or associated wiring. Relay is position three on the panel. Check the relay end especially of the black/yellow wire, Bentley 97.59 track 97 at the top.

Fuses under the steering column aren't standard - someone added a headlight kit maybe?

Magnifying glass or small person (or just a very good light - your irises close down and give you better depth of field which may help).
