A meter is cheap and can be picked up at Harbor Freight, Sears, Walmart or most any auto parts or hardware store. The meter and a Bentley can be a BIG help when you're stuck in Needles or Weed or Winnemucca. Stuck in a plastic bag under the seat it can just sit there until it's needed. Who knows it might be me passing by in the Honda who offers to help?

Here you have someone willing to help using his computer at home and your smart phone in Needles.
