It tells a little fib to the ECU about the intake temperature, and G-force tells you a big fat barefaced lie so they can sell you two dollars worth of parts (otherwise known as a resistor in disguise and a couple wires) for $60. Disgusting...and their so-called explanation about stoichiometric mixture (great word) neglects to mention that every vehicle with a catalytic convertor has its mixture controlled at stoich (courtesy of the oxygen sensor(s)) because the CAT won't work properly otherwise.
