My VW repairman is still backed up so I plan on focusing on the easy stuff this weekend. Easy being putting new connectors on each of the ground wires that are bolted to the left head. Looks like remove bolts, clean/replace connectors as needed, and put things back together. I plan on soldering connectors to wires instead of relying just on the crimp to hold each wire to its connector. Have plenty of solder and flux from model RR and computer work. Just need to buy some connectors. Any gotchas I have missed? Thank you, John |
