I used Rustoleum Marine Semi-gloss with a roller and a brush over their primer. Looks great five years later. If it stops looking great, another $30 and it'll look great again. IIRC I added a little Penetrol to retard it a bit.

Interlux just isn't in the cards here in wheat country and painting the top is a weekend operation.
