When I have my low beams on I have all four lights dimly lit.  When  High
beams are selected I have 4 really bright lights.  I have the relays
installed with 80 watt low beams and 4 times 100 high beams.  Just recently  my low
beams went extra low.  any ideas on the problem?  I suspect a  ground
somewhere but have not trouble shot it yet and thought I would get in on  this
thread.
