OK, new generic sensor is in. After warm-up the voltage swings from .18 to .84. The van seems to be running well. I will continue to drive it all weekend.

Thanks again for your help, I hope this was the issue.

Hi, I only test them while connected to the ecu ..and engine running, warmed up. if it's only .15 to .17 volts ..it's stone dead.

you want to see a pretty large swing .... .2 to .7 or .8 Large swing. I've had them fail in as little as a year, fwiw.
