I think there's a good chance it will be fine. The only access the weather has is to the vents on the diaphragm chambers. IIRC the high-pressure one is just a pinhole, and the other a much larger hole with a screen over it. If it was mine I'd probably stick it in a 125F oven for a few hours, or a vacuum chamber if I had one.

But given what they cost it might not be worth the hassle and lingering question.
