Keep in mind that his Altitude was right @ 5000ft ASL which translates, roughly, into an 18% drop in HorsePower compared to the NearSeaLevel run that you were relating to Dennis ~ AND his Westy adds more weight & drag to the scenario. Even with an EJ25 below deck, if you happen to have a tall 4th (.77) & big tires (235/75r15) between it & the ground, the wind can bring you down to 60 ~ BTDT.
