If you can find a round object ~ rod or dowel ~ that is the same O'D' as the I'D' of the Chase, you can fill the hole with grease & then drive the rod or dowel or whatever into the whole & with fingers crossed the chase will be pushed out by the hydraulic pressure. Good Luck!
