The nice thing about these lists is we are all entitled to our opinion so my opinion is as Uninformed as yours or any one else's . I had that trans in front of a proper DJ 112 and if that 5 speed were set up differently I may agree . I still would stick with a 4 speed and have a taller final drive done with a rebuild . I have a Go Westy rebuild with a taller 4 th and it has added 25 - 40 miles per tank . Granted I have a Syncro and have that extra low when I need it . But I do not have to go into it every time I pull away from a stop sign .
