Hasn't changed very much, Anthony. Well, except the prices. In the late 80's

I sold a condo in lower sNob Hill for $167K. Most recently, a nice apartment a couple of blocks away sold for $35M. Of course, the cheap one was 750sqft. This pricey on was 20K sqft. Do the math, that was $223/sqft. Now $1750/sqft. There's plenty of stuff in between. ;-)
