It is closer to $8+ than to $10, but we are still getting a bargain compared to the U.K., or anyone else in Europe. Of course, if we figured environmental and health costs in ................. . Many non-European countries subsidize fuel costs heavily, and so the consumer pays a lot less than in the U.S. There is no justice, and lots of politics involved.
